BrickToucher is a game, not a data business. You can play it without an account, and nothing about you leaves your phone unless you choose to sign in and post scores to the online leaderboard.
In short
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no selling or sharing of your data.
- Your scores and settings stay on your phone unless you sign in.
- If you sign in, we keep only what the leaderboard needs, and you can delete it all from inside the app.
WHO WE ARE
BrickToucher is made by Slopcore ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your data go to apps@slopcore.io.
IF YOU DON'T SIGN IN
The game keeps these on your phone only, and never sends them to us:
- your best scores and your 50 best runs in each mode, with when you played them;
- the highest level you've reached, and whether you've finished the tutorial;
- your music, sound effect and vibration settings.
Uninstalling the app deletes them.
IF YOU SIGN IN TO THE LEADERBOARD
Signing in is optional and only used to post scores. You can sign in with Apple (on iPhone) or Google. When you do, we store:
- Your account identifier from Apple or Google, so your scores stay yours from one session to the next.
- The leaderboard name you choose. It's shown publicly on the leaderboard, so don't use your real name unless you want to.
- Your best score, level and lines in each mode, how many games you've posted, and when your best was last updated. These are shown publicly next to your name.
We don't keep your email address or your name. The app doesn't ask Apple for them. Google always includes your email address, name and profile picture when you sign in with it, and we throw them away before anything is saved.
If you finish a game while signed out or offline, your best unposted run waits on your phone and is sent the next time you're signed in.
Like any online service, the servers that run the leaderboard record basic technical logs of requests, such as IP address and time, for security and troubleshooting. They're kept for a short time and not used to identify or profile you.
WHY WE USE IT
Only to run the leaderboard: to know which scores are yours, show your name and rank, and keep names within the rules. Where the law asks for a legal basis, it's performing the service you asked for by signing in.
WHERE IT'S KEPT
The leaderboard runs on Supabase, which stores the data on our behalf in its London (UK) data centre. Supabase processes it only to provide the service to us. We don't share your data with anyone else.
PURCHASES
Unlocking SURVIVAL is a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details or store account. The app asks the store whether you own the unlock, and remembers the answer on your phone. Purchases aren't linked to the leaderboard. See Apple's and Google's privacy policies for how they handle purchases and sign-in.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until you delete your account. Signing out doesn't delete anything; it just stops this phone posting scores.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
In the app, open LEADERBOARD → WORLD, tap Delete my account, then tap it again to confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your sign-in record, leaderboard name and scores. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple once more so we can also revoke BrickToucher's access to your Apple ID.
If you've signed in with both Apple and Google, each one is a separate account: sign in with each and delete it.
If you can't use the app, see how to request deletion by email.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (including the UK, the EU and California), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it's used. You can rename or delete your account yourself in the app, or email apps@slopcore.io for anything else. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
CHILDREN
BrickToucher isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. The game is fully playable without signing in. If you believe a child has signed in to the leaderboard, email us and we'll delete the account.
SECURITY
Data is sent over encrypted connections. The leaderboard database only accepts changes through checks that tie each entry to a verified Apple or Google sign-in.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
